What If It Is a Replacement Chase Card Being Activated?
The same options to activate your initial credit or debit card will also work to activate a replacement Chase card. You can choose to go online to your existing dashboard, call the activation number that is above, or call the phone number that is on the back of your card. You also have the option of activated your replacement card via email.
To activate by email, use the the account that is associated with your lending profile. Send a secure message that states you are in possession of the credit card that you are ready for it to be activated. A customer service representative will process your request, activate your card, and make it available for use. You will receive confirmation of this service by email.
